Q:What does Virgin Hair Mean?

A: Virgin hair means is hair is that is 100% natural. It has not been altered by dyes, bleaches, or chemical processed in any way.

Q:Are the bundles/closures/frontals shed free?

A:Our handcrafted wefting allows for great support, which creates minimal to no shedding

Q: How do you measure the hair?

A:The straight hair is measured by the hair length.
    The wavy and curly hair are measured by pulling the hair straight.

Q: How many bundles will I need for a full head?

A:We recommend 2 bundles of hair for bundles that are 16 inches and below .  Bundles that are 18 inches or more,  we recommend ordering 3 bundles.  If you desire fuller hair, we recommend ordering 3-5 bundles.

Q:Can I straighten or curl the hair?

A:Yes, it is 100% human hair. You can curl and straighten the hair as desired. Remember, always use heat protectant!

Q:Can I dye the hair?

A:Yes, our hair is 100% Virgin Hair. It can handle the coloring process, but we recommend consulting with an expert to minimize damage to the hair.

Q: How long does the hair last?

A: With the proper maintenance, usually Indian and Mink hair last 1-3 years when taken care of properly. 

Q:What is the shipping policy?

A: It normally takes 1-3 business day to process the order. The shipping takes 3-5 business days. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. DUE to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed. 

Q; What is the refund/exchange policy?

A: We do not issue refunds. EXCHANGE ONLY! The items are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure the best quality for our customers. The item/s  must be returned in the original packaging, untampered and damage free.
